My clients all walk different paths, and I'm eager to learn about yours. I find it takes strength and courage to share our struggles when life becomes overwhelming, but I lead my sessions with this acknowledgement in mind.

I hold a Master of Science and Education Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University, and by combining a variety of evidence-based practices, like CBT, narrative therapy, and ACT, I work with my clients through a person-centered lens.
