Hello and welcome! I am a firm believer in the power of effective therapy. I have
witnessed its transformative effects, both personally and in the lives of many others. I
would like to be there to help you experience this as well. Through working with me, you
will find that I bring compassion, unconditional positive regard, and a sense of
empowerment to the sessions.

I utilize aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy,
Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, and EMDR in my sessions with clients. I believe that
every individual is a whole world unto themselves, and that therapy should be
personalized in order to be effective. My therapy room is a judgment free zone in which
personal strengths are emphasized, all while addressing present and past struggles. In
doing so, together we could help create a brighter tomorrow.

I earned my Master's of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida
International University in 2023. My professional experience includes working with both
single incident trauma and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, and
relationship issues.
