Hi, I’m Nicole Harris-Lord, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Rehabilitation from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
I’m extremely passionate about mental health and helping others learn how to manage and cope with their symptoms in healthy, sustainable ways. As someone from a Caribbean background, I’m especially committed to addressing the stigma surrounding mental health in our culture and providing education on the importance of emotional well-being.
My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges, balance daily responsibilities, and develop positive coping strategies.
