I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in the state of Florida, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. Since beginning my clinical work in 2022, I have focused on developing strong competencies in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed care, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice. I am experienced in both in-person and telehealth modalities, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for diverse populations.

As a Spanish-speaking clinician and immigrant from Cuba (2011), I bring a deep appreciation for cultural identity, acculturation, and the challenges individuals face when adapting to new environments. Having learned English and navigated my own acculturation process, I am committed to ongoing personal and professional growth to provide the most effective and culturally responsive care. I aim to empower clients by meeting them where they are and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
