Chaya is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who works with teens, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, self-esteem, identity, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. She is passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and accepted without judgment.
Her approach is warm, relational, and holistic, drawing from person-centered, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and Internal Family Systems perspectives. She values authenticity and connection in the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a calm, supportive environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and build greater self-trust. She believes in seeing and supporting the whole person, not just the challenges they are facing.
Chaya understands how past experiences can shape the way people see themselves and relate to others. She works collaboratively with clients to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. She is honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate vulnerability, change, and become more fully themselves.
