Dana has over six years of experience supporting teens and young adults, she understands how overwhelming this stage of life can feel for both clients and their families. Between school, friendships, family dynamics, and identity development, it’s easy to feel stuck or unsure where to turn. Dana specializes in anxiety, social skills, emotional regulation, relationships, self-identity, and ADHD/ADD.
Dana provides a supportive and fun space where teens can be themselves and feel heard. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand what they’re going through, develop practical coping skills, and build confidence so they can feel calmer and more in control of their lives.
For parents, Dana offers a compassionate and knowledgeable approach, helping to support your child while also keeping you appropriately involved in the process. Her goal is to create care that feels supportive, effective, and tailored to each individual and family’s needs.
Teens can share openly, even about things that feel awkward, confusing, or difficult to say out loud. Dana helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and meaningful.
You and your child don’t have to navigate this alone!
