After earning my B.A. in Criminal Justice from Lynn University, I completed my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University through the Department of Osteopathic Medicine. My training includes concentrations in Medical Family Therapy and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, providing me with a unique perspective on both mental health and relational well-being.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy while also integrating other modalities tailored to each client’s individual needs. I strive to keep sessions goal-oriented, collaborative, and effective.
I bring over three years of experience working in inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient settings, and private practice.
I am especially passionate about working with couples navigating relationship challenges, individuals facing major life transitions, and children and adults coping with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I also enjoy supporting veterans and their families, as well as individuals seeking clarity, direction, and confidence in their lives.
