I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern based in sunny Florida, originally a native New Yorker. My path into this field began a decade ago during my undergraduate studies, where I first developed a lasting interest in psychology and the ways our experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. Around that same time, I volunteered at a women and children’s shelter, an experience that deeply influenced my commitment to supporting people through difficult and often deeply personal life transitions.

After spending several years continuing to explore this interest, I recently completed my Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy. I feel grateful to now be stepping into this work in a more formal capacity, supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges and growth.

My approach is grounded in client-centered care. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and that therapy is most meaningful when it is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in genuine understanding. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and not judged—so they can explore what matters most to them at their own pace.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and care into the therapy room, and I value the uniqueness of every person’s story. My hope is to support clients in better understanding themselves, strengthening their relationships, and moving toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
