Kelsey Bruchal is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She is especially passionate about helping teenagers and adults navigate identity development, relationship concerns, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and personal growth.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in systemic thinking. Kelsey incorporates Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, build on what is already working, and create practical, goal-oriented steps toward meaningful change. She also offers a faith-based approach for clients who wish to incorporate their faith and spiritual values into the therapeutic process. Kelsey strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop tools for lasting growth.

Kelsey earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. She also holds a master’s degree in Exercise Science and has a background in fitness and nutrition. Drawing from both areas of her education, Kelsey understands the powerful connection between physical health and emotional well-being and values an integrative, holistic approach that supports both mind and body.

Outside of the therapy room, Kelsey enjoys staying active, spending time at the gym, and connecting with friends and family. She can often be found exploring new coffee shops or unwinding with a good book or podcast.
