Hi there, I’m Lily, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) who primarily works with adolescents and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe you are the person who knows yourself best, and therapy should be a space where we can work together to better understand your experiences and find what works for you.
My background is rooted in Adlerian therapy, which emphasizes belonging, connection, purpose, and the ways our relationships and communities shape us. I believe healing is deeply connected to feeling understood and finding a sense of belonging. I also integrate approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Family Systems to meet each client where they are.
I enjoy working with a wide range of concerns, with particular interests in anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, and navigating immigration or cultural transitions. Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as yourself, feel understood, and work toward a life that feels meaningful and connected.
