Hi, my name is Jasmine! I am a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist Registered Intern with a deep passion for mental health, grounded in my early interests in psychology, psychiatry, and neuroscience. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental stance, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
I specialize in supporting individuals and families through life transitions, relationship and family stressors, emotional regulation, trauma, and mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
In addition to my work with clients, I am well-versed in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and have a strong interest in Internal Family Systems, Inner Child Work, Somatic Experiencing, and Chinese Medicine. I am particularly passionate about helping clients heal from trauma stored in the body, recognizing the powerful connection between mind and body in the healing process.
