Isabella Jolly has received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
She works with a diverse range of individuals including adults, adolescents, children, and couples. She believes in the power of healing through deep insight and meaningful change.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and insight-oriented. She aims to help individuals uncover the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and guide them toward lasting growth.
Isabella enjoys working with individuals navigating trauma, relational issues, anxiety, and life’s many challenges and changes, offering a safe and supportive space to explore, heal, and move forward. She uses techniques including EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness, along with other evidence-based approaches, allowing individuals to work through past wounds, negative core beliefs, and build resilience for the future.
