Hi, I’m Rachel, a practicum student therapist working on my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I was drawn to this field as I began to appreciate the art of communication throughout my undergraduate experience at Florida State University. While pursuing my bachelor’s degree in psychology, I realized the importance of taking a systemic view when looking at situations.
My present focus is on creating a safe space for clients to share and process their experiences. Highlighting the importance of connecting with yourself, I believe in healing internally and allowing that growth to reflect in relationships and daily life. I generally have a direct, but collaborative approach, working with clients to co-create and work toward goals.
