Hello, my name is Katarzyna Chrostowski!
I believe therapy begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships
without judgment while discovering your own strengths along the way.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both outpatient and school-based settings. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, intrusive thoughts, and the challenges that come with everyday life and relationships. I use a
trauma-informed approach while drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s individual needs.
Therapy does not always have to look like sitting across from someone and talking about difficult things. Depending on what feels right for you, our work might include conversation, creative activities, games, reflection, or simply making space for difficult emotions. I believe
therapy can be both meaningful and enjoyable, and I value finding ways to make the process feel comfortable and genuine.
Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable showing up as you are. Wherever you are in your journey, I hope to provide a supportive space where we can work together toward growth, healing, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
