I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, and emotional challenges. My approach is client-centered and integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to help you build insight, develop effective tools, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
