Dana Santiago is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over six years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through the challenges they face at home, at school, and in their everyday lives. With over four years of experience working within the Palm Beach County School District, Dana brings a unique understanding of the academic, social, emotional, and developmental challenges that can impact children, teens, and young adults. Dana graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with her Bachelor’s degree and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work through FAU’s Advanced Standing Program.
Dana specializes in working with clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, self-identity and self-discovery concerns, ADHD/ADD, and school-related challenges. She believes therapy should feel like a safe space where clients can be themselves, feel heard, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence.
Known for her bubbly, outgoing, supportive, and encouraging personality, Dana takes an active approach to therapy. She isn’t afraid to challenge her clients when needed, while always meeting them with compassion, understanding, and encouragement. Her goal is to help each client recognize their strengths, build confidence, better understand themselves, and feel empowered to handle life’s challenges.
Dana understands that reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially for children and teens. She works to create a genuine connection with each client and believes that therapy works best when clients feel comfortable, respected, and understood.
Whether a child, teen, or young adult is struggling with anxiety, navigating school pressures, figuring out who they are, or simply feeling stuck, Dana is here to provide a supportive space to grow, explore, and build the skills needed to thrive.
