Lauren Joyce is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Director of the Jacksonville branch of Marriage & Family Services, with a passion for providing high-quality mental health care while developing the next generation of clinicians.

As Clinical Director, Lauren is dedicated to the continued growth and development of Marriage and Family Services throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Her leadership focuses on building strong clinical teams, supporting emerging therapists as they transition from graduate education into professional practice, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional development.
