Lindsay Grobstein holds her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University and her Master of Science in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She has comprehensive experience working with a wide range of clients from preschoolers to adults, who have had a variety of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, behavioral concerns, family conflict, and parent-child relationships. Lindsay knows a strong therapeutic relationship is grounded in mutual trust and understanding.

When Lindsay works with a client, she takes a relational approach to therapy and spends a lot of time working out how the environments in her clients’ lives impact their therapeutic processes. Lindsay also believes in a strengths-based approach, which encourages collaborative problem-solving and allows her to build honest relationships with her clients in which they feel open to share, completely free of judgement. Lindsay looks forward to working collaboratively toward progress and positive changes in all of her clients’ lives.
