Dana Santiago serves as the Director of Quality Assurance, where she plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of clinical and administrative operations within the agency. With a specialized focus on HR functions, Dana oversees the onboarding process to ensure that new hires are well-prepared, credentialed, and aligned with the agency’s mission of delivering high-quality mental health care.
In addition to supporting new team members, Dana is a go-to resource for clinical staff regarding documentation standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
