Dana Santiago serves as the Director of Quality Assurance, where she plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of clinical and administrative operations within the agency. With a specialized focus on HR functions, Dana oversees the onboarding process to ensure that new hires are well-prepared, credentialed, and aligned with the agency’s mission of delivering high-quality mental health care.
In addition to supporting new team members, Dana is a go-to resource for clinical staff regarding documentation standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines. She also leads internal audits of client records and files, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to promote consistent, high-quality care.
