Brittany Gutierrez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida. She earned her Master of Science degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Brittany has experience collaborating with clients in both outpatient and educational settings. She prioritizes establishing therapeutic relationships built on honesty, empathy, non-judgment, and compassion.
Throughout her career, Brittany has worked with individuals across the lifespan, including children (ages 5-10), preteens, teenagers, adults, and seniors (65+). Her clinical specializations include: Anxiety and Depression, Trauma and Grief, Adoption and Racial Identity, ADHD and Behavioral Issues, Parenting and Relationship Challenges, Self-esteem and Life Transitions.
She utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behavior Modification, Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. Brittany customizes her approach to align with each client’s specific needs and goals, remaining dedicated to helping individuals heal and lead healthier lives.
