Abigale Thomas, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently pursuing her Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She specializes in working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating intimacy concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and infidelity. With a passion for helping individuals strengthen their self-awareness and relationships, Abigale creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgment.
Her therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Theory, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Abigale is dedicated to empowering clients to identify their strengths, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
In addition to her clinical work, Abigale is committed to ongoing professional growth, training, and research to ensure her clients receive compassionate, culturally responsive care.
