Bridgett L. Brown earned her Master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Pastoral Counseling, and she is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. With nearly two decades of experience as an educator in Broward County and a strong background in supporting families and individuals, Bridgett brings a compassionate, well-rounded perspective to her therapeutic practice. She has extensive experience working in inpatient mental health facilities, outpatient settings, and private practice.
 

Bridgett specializes in helping clients navigate challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues. She also has a deep passion for supporting families raising children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and those adjusting to life transitions. Her therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and faith-based principles when desired by clients, all tailored to meet each person's unique needs.
