Nickelle Decius is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern with a deep passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. Drawing from a strong background in psychology, applied behavior analysis, and autism-focused services, Nickelle offers a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal.
 
Nickelle specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, helping them strengthen their relationships, reduce stress and anxiety, and build meaningful connections. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
 
With over five years of experience in both clinical and research settings, Nickelle brings a unique blend of evidence-based practice, community engagement, and compassionate care. She has facilitated autism-based training, conducted parent coaching, and supported families navigating developmental and behavioral concerns.
 
Nickelle holds a Master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Miami. She is fluent in English and Haitian Creole and is certified in Motivational Interviewing and multiple early intervention models.
