Natalie is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who earned her undergraduate degree in psychology at Rollins College and a master’s degree in counselor education at the University of Central Florida (UCF). With over 12 years of experience working with children aged 5 to 18, she has gained a profound insight into the unique needs of children and adolescents.
Working as a Professional School Counselor at a local high school, she understands what students and families are facing in the school environment. Natalie’s approach to counseling is characterized by a genuine commitment to providing a judgment-free, safe space where her clients can express themselves and grow. She utilizes a versatile range of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) methods, and the transformative power of play therapy modalities.
